Today I want to pass on to you something from the Take Charge series from the Glasser Institute. The original idea was written by Barnes Boffey from his book titled Reinventing Yourself.
We ask the participants to list at least 20 - 30 Wants. Then they are asked choose three of those Wants and follow with answers through the rest of the columns.
Want => Have: If you had what you wanted, what would you have that you don't have now?
Have => Do: What would you have to do to get what you want?
Do => Be: If you were doing that, how would you BE different?
Be => Want: If you were being that, would you have more of what you want?
