When on campus, I see students working through their computers on subject matter, with adults nearby, and sometimes right beside them. What impresses me is that so many of them are working comfortably and diligently throughout the time, and in between classes they are interacting with each other.
Some of the students have taken it upon themselves to start committees, develop activities, and are developing skills that will be with them for a lifetime.
Some of the students just were not able to develop these abilities in the larger environment of a public school campus. Further, because these students have a say in the development of their studies they are able to learn on their own level, and at their own time.
Again, good job students, I am impressed!
